How horrible for you.You certainly dont need for a rift to occur in the family. I hope you can all sit down together and sort this one out, as I am sure it is very upsetting.

Wow, your husband's son is absolutely terrible. He should know that he cannot keep doing that to his little brother, is there no way for you and your husband to talk to him and warn him of consequences in the event that he does it again? That just can't keep happening, he sounds spoiled and if you don't do anything about it sooner there is a possibility that this could affect your younger son in the long run.

What sort of punishment do you give to your husband's son every time he does this? Does he have an allowance? If so, try taking it away or not giving him any if he misbehaves. He needs to know that what he is doing is NOT okay, and every time he does it there will be consequences and they will get worse in time.
