I hope this will become implemented somehow because I am eager to find if whether it does control under-aged committed crimes, it would be so nice to see something work once in a while in a world where nothing hardly does.

No what good would this do for the child? My child does something stupid and you decide to put me in jail for it. How is this teaching your child a lesson. No, if the child decided to be dumb by doing whatever it is they do then they need to be punished.

No, I don't think that parents should be punished for children's crimes unless they are the ones who provoked and stimulate them to that( oh, yes, there are parents who'd urge kids to steal for them!) .
Imagine that a 16 -years old boy or girl run away from home, enter a band and start to consume and sell drugs to earn easy money ...why in the world should the parent pay for this?
