This is a difficult one. My husband went to a private school and did not get the results and feels that his parents wasted their money. However, he may have performed worse at a different school and they had the choice of schools when they picked that one, so I guess unless the school promising excellent results then the parents cannot expect them.

Private schools usually just offer the same kind of results as public schools, the only difference is the environment your child will be around in and he will have more rules and regulations to follow than ones in public schools.

Ummm are you serious. I don't think that the school should be responsible for his son failing his exams, at least not all of the fees anyway. I kind of see his point of view. He was going to a private school which means his schooling wasn't free. IfI pay for education I expect for my child to pass and graduate. But then again you never know why his son failed his exams.

I think that the school should be kept responsible only if more 50 % of students failed the exams ,'cause in that case the school had teachers who did not know how to do their job .
There are many things to be considered when taking a decision like that . Maybe the kid was doing well in school but they teach him different subjects than of those he was examined .
