That's actually great for a baby, I'd prefer my child to be always eager to get up and play than not eager at all. It's also much better for a child to be playing than to be watching television, so from my point of view, there is absolutely nothing to worry about with your child's behavior. He is just a happy innocent boy enjoying his childhood while he can.
