I have a friend who is like that. It's both books and movies with him. He gets *so* into a story or film that it's almost scary.

I just finished reading "Practical Magic" by Alice...I forget what her last name is. Well, anyway, it was one of those very rare books where I enjoyed the movie much more. It's not that the book was bad, which it wasn't; it's just that I liked the story arc so much better in the movie than the book.

I loved the Twilight Series by Stephenie Meyers. I am usually not a vampire book person but this series was really good. I read any chance I can get.

I have read the first book, and found it interesting and written in a compelling way, in that it was hard to put down. I think the author was very clever in her remembrance of how teens basically feel and think.
I've ordered the next two at the library. It's been a couple of weeks, and I've begun to fear that they have been whisked out of the library circulation, never to return!
