Also, the moving around right now probably isn't hurting but what happens when its time to start school and the moving continues? Then is is effecting her education as well as her social life. I would suggest you consult a lawyer. They can inform you of what step to take. |
There are people who have had to change schools quite often with few ill effects. We can even turn back the clock and use examples from the 50's or even the 30's where the family was intact and, because of the
father's employment, they moved often while the children were young.
Are the objections to the moving around due to the fact that it's a woman who is doing it?
Is the desire to take custody based on behavior that the father doesn't approve of but might still be present in an intact family, and it would be alright for the male and not the female?
What is the motivation for the complaint?
