I do not really see why a young child should even have juice. Fresh fruit is so much better for them and water and milk is more then enough for them to drink.

We often cut veggies really small and 'hide' it in sauces like pasta sauce. It makes it much easier to get the kids to eat it.

Thanks for the wonderful list you provided, Cymru Am Byth! My daughter doesn't eat anything nutritious like vegetables, although she does eat fish from time to time. I just hope she will learn to love the veggies as much as her happy meal, but I cannot complain because I, as well, do not eat vegetables so I am not exactly in any way putting myself as a good example in her eyes when it comes to healthy eating.
