I went to a fee-paying (religious) school from kindergarten to my first year of middle school. I agree with Deltic that you do develop, and the teachers make sure of it, academic advantages. I was taught study habits and listening to the teacher with concentration. I basically slid through public school with what I learned in private school. More time to party in High School!
