| Vegetables and fruits are enough? My kids never liked to take vitamins and calcium while younger age, so when I had to give them it made an extremely difficult time for me to make them to accept . At times ,due to lack of time , I would resort to the last (wrong) argument "Yo should take it because I say so ".
Now ,that they are teenagers , they still don't like vitamins and prefer to eat many vegetables and fresh fruits instead .
Do you think that is enough ? |
